Staff friendly, delicious food, generous portions, excellent wine with reasonable prices, beautiful surroundings.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Amazing views and nice staff. Lots of pleasant food, we appreciated it. The cozy atmosphere when you walk in. Not far from the downtown, 5 minutes on foot. Visited their restaurant Stari Podrum couple of times.

I had an amazing stay in this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel facilities were well-maintained. The location was ideal, close to everything in the city and located on the Danube. The breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed the beautiful view of the castle ruins.

We spent a wonderful Christmas at this charming historic winery. the food from the restaurant was incredible, with a range of Slavonian specialties complemented perfectly by locally produced wine. the staff were generally very friendly and helpful, making sure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. the location was perfect for a stroll along the banks of the Danube and provided breathtaking views. On top of all of this, the comfortable rooms were perfectly suited to our needs, offering us a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Lovely view and delicious food

During my business trip, I was happy about the stunning view from my room and mesmerized by the food served at the hotel restaurant. The view was truly magnificent and captivating from the window, providing me with a sense of tranquility. It was great to be able to immerse myself in the beauty of the surrounding nature, which eased my mind. Moreover, the food was top-notch in terms of quality and taste. One particular dish that stood out was especially delectable and filled my taste buds with happiness.

The customer service was simply disappointing. The staff barely paid any attention to me and my needs, which felt quite unwelcoming. Despite attempting to communicate my requirements, I faced difficulty conveying and receiving messages in English. The unaccommodating nature of the staff put a damper on my overall experience, leaving me with a sour taste in my mouth. To add to this, the bed provided was not up to standard - it was lumpy and uncomfortable, leading to disturbances during the night. It would have been great to have a comfortable and peaceful resting place, but unfortunately, it was not provided.

Located near the historic city center and museum in an old palace, the location is unbeatable. the restaurant is fantastic and offers a great ambiance. the rooms are large and well-equipped, with comfortable beds and a spacious bathroom.

The customer service leaves much to be desired, with staff providing the bare minimum of courtesy and conversation.
